Dr. Allen did my Tummy Tuck and Lipo February 28, 2024. I told her how displeased I was with my outcome still having the same pot belly I came in with; therefore, after a year and 7 months I finally decided to get a second opinion as to why my stomach still looks the way it does. Based upon a referral I went to see another Dr, he took one look at my stomach and ask who was my surgeon. When I told him Dr Allen, he said she is not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, which why she can get away with not doing my drains, nor doing my abdominoplasty, and clearly leaving what use to be my old belly button, and yet Dr Allen refuses to reimburse any of my money which I think she should, since the procedure she explained to me in our consultation that she would be doing on me, SHE DIDN'T DO IT. She claims I didn't need it. The new Dr. that I went to see which is a certified Plastic surgeon couldn't understand why Dr. Allen did not do the abdominoplasty or my drains. He explained why the drians should have been done and the purpose of them as well as why the abdominoplasty should have been done, even if it was just a little bit. Now I will have to spend more money to fix the mess Dr Allen made. Please do your homework when considering getting a tummy tuck or lipo. Don't do like I did and end up regretting it EVERYDAY you look in the mirror. The only thing I can say positive about Dr Allen is. Her staff is very nice and pleasant.

I scheduled a consultation with Dr.Allen. She is very knowledgeable and knows what will work for you. I was “kinda” hesitant of what I wanted. She took the time to explain to me. With that being said, I will be seeing her soon!!! Highly recommended! Oh, I must add… I have wanted implants for years. Looked and compared to others. Her plastic surgery doesn’t even compare! She is the “Angel of Plastic surgery” 💕

It has been nearly 7mos post surgery and I couldn't be more appreciative to Dr Allen and her stellar staff, Maxine, Ashley, Jackie, and Kyle (forgive me if Ive forgotten anyone). They were absolutely so supportive to me and my husband throughout the process from consult to my 5 1/2 hr surgery. From day one till now, the experience has been wonderful. And, I feel so much better and love my results too! They truly are all so caring and really treat you like family, provide excellent quality and listen to the needs of the patient, first and foremost.

Third time is a charm! When I was looking for a surgeon Dr. Allens consultation was my third, and I knew when I left her office that she was my choice, and I'm so glad that I chose her. She is not only an experienced surgeon but a good person as well. I am so very happy with my results, she really makes you to be the best that you can be. I've never had any surgery where the Doctor and the Practice Manager was so very thorough with my medical care. Dr. Allen and Maxine the Practice Manager was always available to answer any questions and always very quick to respond and I had a lot of questions. Both have been so kind and helpful. Thanks to you both. Thanks to the other excellent staff members, Arlene, Ashley, Kyle, Chastity, and Jackie. I can't say enough about the excellent quality of care that I have received. And again, I'm so very happy with my results.

Now that it has been a complete year since I’ve had my tummy tuck and lipo, I can now give a full review. The outcome of my results are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I HATE IT. I went in with a pot belly, and a back that looks like a pack of sausages, and I still have a pot belly, and a back that STILL looks like a pack of sausages. When I went for my consultation, Dr Allen took photos, drew little circles on my photos circling areas of my body showing me what she was going to remove, pull down and do a abdominoplasty muscle plication procedure that will act like a girdle to keep my stomach flat. After Dr Allen showed me the before and after photos of other clients, I asked her if I needed to do both procedures, the tummy tuck and the lipo. She said YES, so based upon her professional medical opinion I did both procedures. I am so disappointed and upset with my outcome. I went back to speak with Dr. Allen because I STILL HAVE A POT BELLY, I STILL HAVE A BACK THAT LOOKS LIKE SAUSAGES, SHE DIDN’T EVEN DO THE ABDOMINOPLASTY MUSCLE PLICATION PROCEDURE. SHE CLAIMS I DIDN’T NEED IT. I HAVE KNOTS, LUMPS AND BUMPS, MY STOMACH IS CROOKED AND NOW SHE WANTS TO TELL ME THE REASON I HAVE A POT BELLY BECAUSE I HAVE VISCERAL FAT AND NOT SUBCUTANEOUS FAT. Now, while sitting in her office a whole year later, she wants to explain the different types of fats and ask me if I can pinch my fat, when she should have done that during my first consultation. Dr. Allen saw my stomach, and back, she took pictures, hundreds of them. AND NOW ALL SHE IS SAYING IS MY BACK ROLLS IS SKIN, AND SHE HAS ALWAYS HAD PROBLEMS DEALING WITH THE BACK, AND HOW THE BACK IS A TOUGHER SKIN AND THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT MY STOMACH. I asked since she said I didn’t need the plication procedure; would she at least reimburse some of my money for that, she said NO. So at the end of the day, I am stuck with this HORRIBLE OUTCOME. I AM SO SO DISSAPOINTED. In closing I would advise. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY WITHOUT NOT KNOWING WHAT KIND OF FAT YOU HAVE. DR ALLEN IS GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN TELL YOU AFTERWARDS AND PUT IT ALL ON YOU FOR EXPECTING SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOUR END RESULTS ARE. PLEASE BEWARE.

Wow! Dr. Allen is a wonderful doctor. She explains everything and sets realistic expectations. She took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve. I had liposuction and the results were better than I had hoped for. See was available for any questions after the surgery and the follow up has been fantastic. I am glad I went with Dr. Allen for this procedure and will use here again in the future.

Dr Allen and her staff are truly amazing ! I am so happy with my procedure I can’t even tell you ! Everyone in the office and during the procedure were wonderful I love Dr Allen she goes above and beyond, makes you feel so comfortable, I cannot thank her enough. This was my first time receiving any type of cosmetic treatment, and I booked with Kyle Barr for lip filler. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and funny which really helped me relax as I was slightly nervous. I had virtually no pain during the injection and it went very smoothly. My lips haven’t even fully healed but they look amazing already! Kyle was amazing, and I will definitely return in the future!
