I’ve been seeing Ashley for laser hair removal for over a year now. Painless, quick, and professional. Not to mention we always have good conversation.

I have my fav Kyle, I think for almost 5 years, and I get invitations to other places, but I’m just too satisfied with her that I can’t ever not come back to her great hands! Not to mention she is smart—who doesn’t want a smart girl in charge of you? The results speak for themselves.

I had 4 moles removed by Dr. Allen about 1.5 months ago, and I am SO happy I went with her for the procedure! The whole process was super quick, but she took time to answer any questions I had, and her team made sure I was comfortable and had whatever I needed. Her office is very clean and beautiful! The moles I had removed were in very visible places, and after only a few weeks, there is barely a mark that is not even noticeable. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family for any aesthetic surgery they may need. Extremely impressed, and my only regret is that I wish I had gone to her sooner!

As one of Dr. Allen’s former patients, I would give her and her team ten stars if it were possible. She is a skilled surgeon with many years of surgical experience. But just as important, she has assembled a surgical team and staff that is beyond compare. They are professional in every way and by any standards. Equally important, they treat all their patients as if we were members of their family. I will miss seeing them. I highly recommend Dr. Allen and her team.

Dr. Allen removed a mole on my chin. Very minimal scarring. She was nice and informative. I’d recommend her.

I met Dr. Allen 3 years ago, and I have never looked back. I have had three procedures completed by her, and I look amazing…I am booking my fourth experience with her in January 2025. The whole staff makes you feel like family. Dr. Allen calls you and checks in—she is very meticulous about her work. The best thing that I love about her is she is HONEST! She will tell you if some things cannot be corrected but will let you decide. SHE WILL NOT TELL YOU SOMETHING just to get your money, and I love her for that! I could go through my insurance for my next procedure, but that says a lot if I am willing to pay out of pocket for her work!

I could say so much about Dr. Allen and her staff, but it would take you forever to read all of it, so I will try to condense my review. When I told her how bad I am about needles and starting my IVs, she sent someone to check my veins to see if everything would be okay. The atmosphere of her office is cozy and comfortable; everything is so nice. I have never in all my life met such a wonderful, nice, friendly staff and Dr. Allen. OMG, she actually gives you her personal phone number to call her if you have any questions after hours, of which I did a few times after my procedure. I called her, and she would just ease me right down. Once you are her patient, you are one of the family for life. I love them all and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

Dr. Allen and her staff are all kind, competent, and courteous people. I had a great experience with them and would not hesitate to go back. She always takes her time with her patients and is very thorough.

Highly recommend Dr. Allen and her entire staff. They are exceptional. I just had breast aug surgery and couldn’t be happier. My entire surgery process was so smooth from start to finish. Dr. Allen was easy to talk to and took the time to address all my questions before and after my surgery. The personal attention from her and her staff was so refreshing. My recovery has been great—I’m 9 days post-op and feel great inside and out.

I have been seeing Dr. Allen for the past year and a half. She is amazing and I would give her 10 stars if that were an option! From the moment I first stepped into her practice for my first Botox/Xeomin experience, I felt right at home. The front staff is so kind and friendly, putting you at ease as you are checked in, and there is never a long wait! Dr. Allen herself is incredible. As you can imagine, I was quite nervous the first time I got injections. She was so patient and walked me through the entire process and what I should expect. The whole process has always been painless from start to finish. Dr. Allen consistently gives the most beautiful results. She never rushes and takes her time answering any questions. I have now seen her 6 times—it’s a real treat to be her patient and I am so glad I found her!

Dr. Allen snatched the “soul” out of me. From day one, they made me feel comfortable. If I had any issues or questions, they were always there to answer for me. Her staff is so sweet and amazing. You don’t have to look far for a doctor. Raleigh, NC, hands down, got one of the best in this field. I got a tummy tuck and lipo. I was size 14 when I walked into her office. Now I’m size 8.

I cannot recommend Dr. Allen enough! I absolutely LOVED having Dr. Allen as my surgeon when it came to my breast augmentation. During our consultation, she provided all of the basic knowledge, took photos, took measurements, answered questions & listened to what I wanted & gave me REALISTIC expectations prior to surgery. I also want to say the people who work under Dr. Allen are SO SWEET & KIND. I’ve never been to an office that has been so inviting. When it came to the actual surgery, communication was top-notch. The night before surgery, someone from the office called & made sure I had all my medicine ready, went over pre-op, & made sure to answer any last-minute questions. After surgery, while my recovery was a bit painful, Dr. Allen was available any time of day to answer texts/calls & to me that’s very important as that shows she truly cares for the well-being of her patients. Now I’m post-op about 2 weeks & what started out as a hope to gain more confidence has turned into a transformational journey thanks to Dr. Allen & her team. As Dr. Allen says, breast augmentation is not a one & done, so I’ll be seeing you in about 10-15 years!

My recommendation for anyone looking to have any work done is to at least have a consult with Dr. Allen because I know you’ll end up choosing her for your procedure(s). While I was having consults with other practices, it felt like I spent more time talking with nurses and once the doctor came in, it was very quick to go over everything, and then out the door to the next patient. When I met Dr. Allen for the first time, we spent 30-45 minutes going through everything from what I wanted, the risks that come with it, she brought up other possible treatment alternatives with their risks, and additional treatment afterward that could help with achieving the results I wanted. From there, and every additional time I have gone, it has never felt like I’m going to a doctor’s office, but more like stopping by to see a handful of friends who do cosmetic procedures. Dr. Allen and the women she has with her are wonderful, and they go out of their way to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and in the best possible hands. I truly cannot say enough about her and the women there—they aren’t just great at their jobs, they’re also genuinely wonderful people. I know that I will never go anywhere else or recommend anyone else because there is simply no comparison.

So happy with the way I look and feel after Renuvion with Dr. Allen. The procedure itself was virtually painless for me, and recovery was quick and easy. I am not exaggerating on the painless! Dr. Allen takes her time to explain everything so there are no surprises; however, my outcome so far is pretty awesome to me. She is a true expert and highly talented, and her consultations are honest, precise, and answer every question. I cannot wait to see the full extent of my procedure, but I am already very happy. So any further improvement is just icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Dr. Allen for any type of procedure. Dr. Allen and her sweet and friendly staff are like your family.

I had an aesthetic surgery done a few weeks ago, and I LOVE my results. Dr. Allen is very attentive, thoroughly explained details of the procedure, and set realistic expectations. All of her staff are very friendly and remembered me on a name basis. The patient coordinator, Maxine, is very responsive, positive, and super friendly! I did not feel uncomfortable at any time, from consultation to post-operation. I will be returning here for any future procedures.

Generally, my expectations for a tummy tuck were that I might or might not look exactly as I hoped. It’s a difficult thing deciding to undergo surgery not knowing what the cosmetic outcome may be. I am so pleased, beyond words, with my results. Dr. Allen doesn’t leave you with any unanswered questions. She was attentive to my post operative needs, including my pain levels. Most importantly she was thorough in her examinations of me post surgically, and genuinely cared about my recovery. I will be coming to her for all of my cosmetic needs in the future!

After a thorough consult, Dr. Allen gave me options and used her artistic skills to give me the results i told her that I was looking for. I am so excited with the results – better than I could have imagined! In addition, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.

After 184lbs weight loss I needed EVERYTHING done. I went to multiple consultants with different surgeons in Eastern NC and never found one I was completely comfortable with. The minutes I met Dr. Allen I knew she was the one for me. I’ve had multiple procedures done and have been more then satisfied with her and her staff. I highly recommend her. Her bedside manner was great, I was never in any pain during the procedures, and she’s been great about answer all my pre-op and post- op questions. Her whole staff has made me feel like family.

I can’t begin to say how excited I am with my results. I have nursed all my kids and recently lost weight and I really wasn’t happy with my appearance. A friend had recommended Dr. Allen so I went for a consult. She listened to me and all my concerns and put my mind at ease after hearing all my options. North Raleigh is in for a real treat! Just came from an appointment at Allen Aesthetics. The staff is amazing and personable and I’m most impressed with the level of expertise and state of the art procedures and products offered here. What a treat to have laser hair removal accomplished with no pain! Dr. Allen is a gem, easy to talk to and talented. I will be coming here for all my future aesthetic needs. I am also so happy that they cater to not just the general public but have a special knack for identifying the specific needs of bodybuilders, figure and bikini competitors… Dr. Allen has graced the stage herself in figure competitions. Several years ago I was unhappy with my appearance because I had an unwanted “double chin.” I met Dr. Allen and was impressed with the consultation I had with her.. She explained how the procedure would go and what to expect. After some consideration, I decided to go ahead and use her skills. She gave me a mild sedative and used local anesthesia. I was so at ease, I actually fell asleep during the procedure. I had no discomfort once the procedure was completed, little to no downtime, and I am very happy with the result. That is one reason I was glad to hear that Dr. Allen will soon be in private practice in her new facility. I look forward to being able to use her skills as a cosmetic surgeon once again.

There’s no other way than the “Allen” way! I had never heard of J-Plasma until looking on Dr. Allen’s site. She explained the procedure very thoroughly, and it was a great process from start to finish.

I’ve never been fully confident with my figure, but Dr. Allen made me feel special. She really took the time to get to know me first before suggesting options. I can definitely say I owe my new confidence to her and her staff!
